End of Life Care
Sadly, our pets have a much shorter lifespan than we do, so the day will come to say goodbye. Our desire is to make this process as easy on you and your pet as possible. We offer end of life consultations both at the office and at your home. We will help you keep your pet comfortable after a terminal diagnosis and help you decide when euthanasia is the best option. We offer euthanasia services at your home as well as at the office. Our goal during a euthanasia is to make the process as stress free for you and your pet as possible. This usually includes sedation prior to euthanasia so your pet is fully relaxed, followed by a painless intraveneous injection to euthanize.
After your pet passes away, whether through euthanasia or naturally, we offer cremation, with or without return of the ashes in an urn. We also offer a complimentary paw print mold out of clay for you to keep in memory of your pet. If you would like to bury your pet at home, we provide a heavy cardboard casket for burial.
